There are three points I've been pondering about the way our society encourages criminality.

#1-If we want to cut down on drunk driving then close the bars!

#2- If we arrest people for having drug paraphenalia then it should be illegal to sell drug paraphenalia!

#3-If we take the property of those already facing charges that is equivalent to violation of that persons constitutional rights! It's also known as Illegal Confiscation of property!

I would appreciate any comments on this!
